I led the product strategy, information architecture, UX/UI, frontend implementation, Firebase integration, content system, and release QA.

Evidence comes from official-source content review plus automated and live-browser checks of core journeys, accessibility, privacy, trust, and production behaviour. Formal interviews or usability sessions are not documented.

The experience follows a calm parent journey: discover options, compare commute and fit, save favourites, understand timelines, use calculators, and prepare for the first day—while keeping municipal boundaries explicit.

Technical implementation
I built the responsive React interface, Firebase integration, structured content system, privacy-aware local behaviour, and release QA.

I translated fragmented rules and planning tasks into focused tools and guidance, then iterated on live behaviour through bounded release checks.
